제 이름 쟝미셀이고 프랑스에서 왔습니다.
저는 조형미술가이고, 김백기 감독님이 주최하는 모든 예술 행사 존경합니다.
포항에서의 다른 행사로 시간이 없었지만, 하루 시간을 내어 재료없이 작업을 진행하였습니다.
거울을 생명으로 보고 낙엽이 죽음을 상징하여 환생과 소생을 나타냅니다.
죽은 나무는 누워있고, 거울 안의 나무는 살아있는 대칭을 이룹니다.
거울 안에서 살아있는 나뭇잎이 보이고, 죽은 나뭇잎은 빨강 노랑이 되는 삶의 굴레를 상징합니다.
죽은 나무들로 무덤 만들고, 그 안에 거울을 통해 살아있는 잎들이 보이도록 대칭으로 구조되어 있습니다. 통과해서 반대편의 자연을 보는 듯한 기분이 들도록 합니다.

I do respect all works and projects done by director Kim.
The other project in Pohang booked me priorly, but I made a day to have a piece of work in SIEAF. 
Without any preliminary stage, I just made with a material which already was a part of the island. 

My installation tells the contrast between life and death.
The dead is lying on the ground in horizontality, and you can find a life in verticality reflected in mirror. That’s why the tree and fallen leaves representing dead lied on the ground, but inside them there is a life. 

The mirror surrounded by yellow and red leaves which represent process of death reflects alive green leaves on tree. It stands for a cycle of life and death.

The mirror hung in the tomb of dead leaves reflects alive trees. It makes you feel looking at nature in the other side of the tomb.
